The crime watch page is driven by your local municipality reporting to the crime watch system. They may not participate in this program. Most records found will be reported by State Police or County Sheriff.

Home Burglar alarms are effective. A study on the habits and motivations of burglars conducted by the UNC Charlotte found that 83% of burglars said they looked to see if an alarm was present before attempting a burglary, and 60% said they would leave if there was an alarm installed.
